Murata started its sales operation in Germany more than 20 years ago. Although originally established in Dusseldorf, it is Nurnberg that has been the base of Murata Elektronik GmbH since 1981. From here, support is provided on activities relating to sales, marketing, technical applications, customer service and logistics.
Murata Elektronik was Murata's first sales affiliate in Europe, and the company has a strong reputation for excellent support throughout the electronics industry.
Murata Elektronik GmbH is an organisation of 130 people and has responsibility for sales and marketing not only in Germany, but also in Austria, Denmark, Hungary, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Romania, Poland and several other countries. Support is provided for direct Customers as well as a strong network of Franchised Distributors.
